and is the minute fine tune value on the solar control panel
Longitude (deg) is the degrees value entered in Weather Display
and is +ve if west or -ve if east
Latitude (min) is the minute value as entered in Weather Display
Solar (min) is the minute offset on the solar control panel
Timezone is the number of hours to correct local time to GMT so
west is +ve, and east is -ve.
The values given should be between your sunrise and sunset times
with solar noon at the correct time
The two solar irradiance values given are the maximum possible and
an expected value inline with the attenuation factor applied by
Weather Display.
